We need help on a day to day basis with animal transport, online administration, animal handling, events, adoptions, application screening and more. The more hands on deck, the greater the impact we can make on our local community and beyond.

Fostering is the backbone of the lifesaving work we do, and we are always in need of foster families. A foster family should expect to house the pet or pets they have agreed to take on until a suitable family is secured to adopt, but during that time, all supplies, medical care, and training needs for the foster parent and the pet are sponsored by Murci’s Mission. Because we are not a first come, first serve agency and we do screen our applicants, we cannot guarantee the length of stay for any animal. Most animals remain in our care for an average of 2-3 months.
